Hello, I'm Vahini (Vaa-he-knee)
Based in Canada and America, my team and I help couples bring their wedding vision to life through thoughtful planning, design and coordination.
We work with couples who want a wedding that reflects their story, culture and personalities, with trusted guidance every step of the way. From finding the right venue to choosing the right vendors, we are with you until the last guest goes home.

The order of the day
We meet, listen and get to know your vision, your families and the traditions that matter to you.
Budget, venue and vendor research, contract review, and a payment schedule you can actually follow.
A mood board, then florals, linens, lighting, furniture, stationery and décor brought together into one look.
Day-of schedule, checklists, the rehearsal and confirmation calls with every vendor.
We set up your personal items, take care of vendor payments and supervise on site, so you can be fully present.
Which chapters we write with you depends on your package.
Celebrations
A ballroom dressed in white blooms and gilded detail.
A moody, jewel-toned reception lit by hundreds of candles.
A garden ceremony under glass, in white florals and soft drape.
